• GROUP TRAINING •

We get fit with a little help from our friends!

When it comes to health and fitness, one of the biggest factors in your success is support, and nothing beats the support from a group all working towards the same goal! Create your own group of 2 to 4 people or join an existing group and have a blast working together as a team to burn calories and get in the best shape of your life! Each session will last around 60 minutes which will start with your workout demonstration, 30 to 45 minutes of workout time, and end with a cool down and stretching session. Any time left over will be for questions or just having fun!

 • SMALL GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS • 

Details: Each session will be circuit training, by keeping the classes smaller in size, this will allow me to  to closely assess everyone on a personal level to ensure proper form, help with progressions and provide any exercise modifications when needed.
What To Bring: Make sure to wear clothes you are ready to workout in, gym shoes and a great attitude! Clean towels and water will be provided.
Cost: Payment due at the beginning of class; payable by cash or credit card.
  • 2 people: $30/each
  • 3 people: $25/each
  • 4 people: $20/each
Hours Of Availability:
Monday - Friday: 6a.m. to 7p.m.
Saturday - Sunday: 7 a.m. and 8 a.m.
