1:1 Private Personal and Small Group Training Sessions offered in Hixson, TN. at the Stretch Fitness Gym.

At Stretch Fitness, you won't ever deal with crowds, monthly gym membership fees or the intimidation of training in front of the public eye, because every private session takes place at our fully functional residential facility.  In addition, our remote training programs include a variety of custom online workouts that are tailored to your specific fitness goals, and can be performed in the comfort of your own home or personal gym with minimal equipment.

We offer 30 and 60 minute sessions. Discounted rates available when you sign up for multiple months. Payment options available.

STEP 1: Schedule a FREE consultation call so we can chat and learn more about each other! If it's a good fit, we will choose your program, frequency and get you set up for your assessment! Set up your call here!

STEP 2: Before your first session, you will fill out your questionnaire and get set up with our online training and tracking app.

STEP 3: Get ready to workout! Come to your session in gym clothes, and a snack beforehand. We will provide towels and water.

STEP 4: Check-in with your coach weekly to make sure you're crushing your goals!
