The Acceler8 Program will consist of 8-weeks of heart pumping, high intensity workouts lasting 30 to 45 minutes. This is guaranteed to make your fat cry! This program is designed to challenge you each and every day, to push you out of your comfort zone and in to beast mode and bring out your true potential that you've been holding back!




With this program, you will receive:

  • 5 workouts/5 days a week - with the optional "Reserve Tank" extra workout

  • Nutrition Guide to Help Reset and Balance Your Hormones

  • Workout Calendar

  • Access to the Closed Facebook Group

  • Access to Video Demonstrations

  • 30 to 45 min. Workouts

  • Complete Access to Coach Dawn For the Duration of the Challenge

  • Weekly Goals

Equipment Needed:

  • Light & Medium Dumbbells (Kettlebells would also be great, but not necessary!)

  • Gym Timer (you can download a free app called Flex Timer)

  • Cardio Method (outdoors, treadmill, rower, bike, elliptical, jump rope)

  • Box or Step or Bench or Stairs

  • Resistance Bands

  • Pull-Up Bar*

  • Medicine or Slam Ball*

*If you do not have these, modifications can be made.
