  • App access for all workouts and tracking. Comes with instructional form videos.
  • Initial Calorie and Macronutrient info personalized for you
  • Private accountability Facebook Group- where you can ask questions, connect with other moms looking to reach goals, and have the support you need to reach your goals!
  • There will also be some prizes throughout the challenge!!
