MOM-Bod is for you! This 8 week program is designed for the mom who is ready to finally reach her goals, and needs a place to start!
The program includes:
- 8 Weeks of Workouts you can do in a gym or at home with minimal equipment
- App access for all workouts and tracking. Comes with instructional form videos.
- Initial Calorie and Macronutrient info personalized for you
- Private accountability Facebook Group- where you can ask questions, connect with other moms looking to reach goals, and have the support you need to reach your goals!
- There will also be some prizes throughout the challenge!!
