Join us for our New Year New You 8-Week Challenge and transform your mind, body and soul!

In January you will begin by submitting your before pictures along with measurements and weight. Each person will be provided with their very own code-word on Jan. 5th you will need to write on a piece of paper and hold (before pictures) and place next to the scale (when weighing in) for your before pictures and weigh-in along with your measurements log. Those that are local can make an appointment to come in person to the Stretch Fitness gym for your weigh-in, measurements, body fat and BMI measurements and before pictures.

The cost of the challenge is $200, however, get your workouts in and lose 5% of your bodyweight (you will be emailed the number you need to reach at the end of 8 weeks) by 3/2/20 and you get ALL your money back! 

The Rules to get your $200 fully refunded:

  • You must submit your photos, measurements and weigh-in by Jan. 5th. Pictures without your secret code will not be accepted, and turn in your final weigh-pics and measurements (you will again receive a special unique code for these) by March 2, 2020.
  • You must lose at least 5% of your bodyweight (safely, no starving, cheating, etc. allowed!) by March 2, 2020.
  • You must choose a Stretch Fitness program that you purchased (Build & Burn, APEX, 60-Day Challenge, Acceler8) to do for the 8-Weeks, a custom 8-week online program*, in-person personal training, in-person Bootcamps (at least 3x/week), OR sign up for the Sweat Club and you will receive added NYNY bonuses for the 8-weeks such as:
  1. Special NYNY Detox
  2. NYNY Menu Plan
  3. Weekly 15-minute check-in accountablility phonecall with Coach Dawn along with email support (if local, a 15-minute in-person meeting with Coach Dawn)
  4. Special NYNY-only videos
  5. NYNY-Only Pop-Up workouts
  • You must check-in with the Facebook group a minumum of 3x/week for accountability purposes with a post-workout selfie or post using the hashtags: #newyearnewyou #igotthis #teamstretchfitness (the more you post, the better your chances for success will be!)

* If you are going to choose the custom online program route, you must sign up for a custom program by 1/1/20 to allow time for your custom program to be designed.
