IN-PERSON WEEKLY TRAINING SCHEDULE

Appointments are first-come-first-serve. We require all training session requests to be made at least 12-hours in advance and we appreciate any cancellations to be made 24-hours before your appointment.

1-hour training sessions require 4 open white blocks; 30 min. training sessions require 2 open white blocks.

A 15 min. block is needed in between appointments for clean-up and sanitizing.
