• All entrants will be required to submit before and after photos,
a piece of paper with current date and #BRICK must be written and visible in pictures.
• Being active in the closed Facebook group is strongly recommended! There will be additional tips, tricks and
workout advice posted in there along with any of exercise videos for the various workouts.
• Winners will be selected based on your before and after pictures and measurements so make sure when taking pictures that you are in either a bathing suit or sports bra (women) and shorts. You will also submit your before and after measurements. Please make sure you take your pictures in a well-lit space, standing the same distance/angle from the camera for both before and after pictures.
