COUPLES QUICK HIIT WORKOUT



It's a known fact that having a workout buddy can really boost your motivation in the gym! Try Coach Dawn's Couples Quick HIIT Workout with a partner tonight! You will not need any equipment other than a clock or interval timer (you can download a ton of free apps on your phone such as Gymboss or Interval Timer.) The best part about this workout? You can do it anywhere and it will take you less than 30 minutes to get in a calorie-scorching workout!

COUPLES QUICK HIIT WORKOUT

Directions: You will need to use an interval timer or app. Each round will last 30 seconds with a 30 to 60 second rest between rounds. For your first round, you will do exercise #1 and your partner will do exercise #2. The next round you will switch and you will now do exercise #2 and your partner #1. You will repeat this for 6 rounds so that each of you has performed each exercise three times per workout. Once completed, move on to Workout 2 and repeat the drill. Then move on to Workout 3 and repeat. This workout should take 18 to 36 minutes depending on the length of rest times.

WORKOUT 1

1: Jumping Jacks

2: Mountain Climbers

Repeat for a total of 6 rounds. (You will both complete each exercise 3 times)

30 to 60 second rest between rounds

WORKOUT 2

1: High Knees

2: Burpees

Repeat for a total of 6 rounds. (You will both complete each exercise 3 times)

1 minute rest between rounds

WORKOUT 3

1: Squat Jumps

2: Skaters

Repeat for a total of 6 rounds. (You will both complete each exercise 3 times)

1 minute rest between rounds
