WORKOUT WEDNESDAY!


Who's up for today's Workout Wednesday? Perform each circuit w/ ab burner for 15 minutes and see how many rounds you can get through in that time. This is a great fat blasting full-body workout that will only take 30 minutes to get through. Make sure to keep track of the number of rounds you can get through and try it again next week to see if you can beat your previous numbers.
