Who doesn't love the words "Quick" and "Easy" when it comes to cooking? Add these tasty protein waffles to your weekly menu, you're going to love them!
INGREDIENTS:
Birch Benders Gluten Free or Protein Pancake and Waffle Mix (serving size according to package)
1 Scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder
1 Heaping TBS of Coconut Oil (melted)
1 Cup of Almond, Coconut or Fat Free Milk
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat and spray your waffle maker with non-stick cooking spray.
Mix all the ingredients together and let sit for a few minutes to thicken.
Pour batter into the waffle maker and cook for 2 to 4 minutes.
Top with fruit, nut butter, chia seeds, dairy-free chocolate chips or whatever your heart desires! Enjoy!
