APPLE CINNAMON POST-WORKOUT COOKIES

Ingredients:
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp ground allspice
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg white
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup oat flour
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tsp Stevia
1 apple, diced
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375F.
2. Mix flour, baking soda, allspice, and salt, and cinnamon.
3. Add egg white to mixture and mix well.
4. Stir in oats, applesauce, diced apple and protein powder and mix well.
5. Bake at 375F for 10-12 minutes until lightly browned on top.
6. Cool on wire rack.
